• Packages available for Sanctuary Fridays only. To enquire about booth hire for DéjàVu please email info@gaymentertainment.com.au

• Entry into Universal is not guaranteed, we take our duty of care and commitment to responsible service of alcohol very seriously. Anyone that is deemed to be intoxicated will not be permitted entry. Anyone that is deemed to be intoxicated on premises will be asked to leave the venue. Any display of antisocial behaviour will result in ejection from the venue.

• Universal does not allow Hens or Bucks parties at the venue. Any Hens or Bucks paraphernalia may result in refusal from the venue.

• Universal will attempt to have your spirit of choice at the venue - in the rare case that we do not a substitute may be offered. We ask that bookings happen 7 days in advance to allow us to prepare for the booking. Last minute bookings may be declined.

• A member of staff will get in contact once an enquiry is made, and will take pre payment by credit card over the phone.

• Failure to show up to the booking may result in refusal of refund.

• The VIP Mezzanine may close from 3am which is when the booking ends.
